Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Statement, it is Nordson policy to retain biometric data for no longer than one (1) year following the last interaction between the applicable individual and us, provided however, we may retain such biometric data beyond this retention timeframe when permitted or otherwise required to comply with an applicable law, or a valid warrant, subpoena, or order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, or for Nordson to establish, exercise, or defend against, legal claims so long as we retain such biometric data for the minimum time necessary in order to satisfy the same. Nordson has implemented and maintains commercially reasonable protocols for permanently destroying, or disposing of, biometric data in a manner that will not intentionally compromise its confidentiality.
