Harmony® Applicators

Harmony applicators support a family of applications ranging from continuous contact or spray to demanding ultra-high-speed intermittent applications. Harmony applicators are configured to meet current and future application demands; field service can update these configurations as needed to adapt to changing product application requirements. Rebuilds are fully supported with convenient kits to reduce the cost of ownership.

Overview

Configuration options include multiple hose inlets, and mixing and matching of dispense modules to deliver different levels of performance within the same applicator economically.

Inventory is reduced, and training is simplified through innovative design that accommodates numerous different parts. Advanced features support a single-minute exchange of common maintenance items, including OptiStroke™ sensors, spray nozzles, filters, modules, and solenoids.

Harmony applicators deliver performance, flexibility, and value to meet and exceed the demands of a wide range of dispensing applications.

Features:

  • Patented manifold profile
  • Uniform thermal profile and advanced hydraulic features
  • Patented quick-exchange nozzle clamping
  • Full compatibility with Universal? spray nozzles
  • A high degree of spare part commonality
  • Quick-exchange service components
  • Unison? heating inserts for spray applications

Benefits:

  • Reduced air turbulence resulting in an improved spray pattern stability, and web-routing options
  • Superior dispense performance, increased efficiency, and output uniformity
  • Module interchangeability accommodates continuous or high-speed intermittent dispensing
  • Reduced inventory costs
  • Reduced training requirements
  • Common module bore supports reconfiguration and upgradeability
