Lubrication Systems
Nordson EFD’s non-contact MicroCoat® lubrication systems help metal stampers apply the perfect amount of oil for each job. A fine, consistent film of oil provides complete coverage and reduces oil use.
Our MicroCoat systems are a different type of stock spray lubrication system called non-contact or contactless. Using the MicroCoat system to precisely apply low- to high-viscosity lubricants improves work environments by eliminating overspray. It simultaneously associated with fluid waste removal and disposal.
Available as two types of systems, the MC800 Continuous Lubrication System and the MC781 Pulsed Lubrication System provide even and uniform coverage that’s easily adjustable to get the perfect application every time.
